About
I am a graduate of the music industry program at Loyola University. I compose music for indie video games as well as remixes for DJ’s around the US. I also make music videos for various competitions and conventions. I am a studio engineer for Vital Sounds Recording and I run all of this through my small studio MGGSound. Recently, I worked on Donkey Kong Country Returns for the Wii.
This blog was inspired by some associates of mine, who always comment on my vast knowledge of video games and video game music. In it I plan to explore the industry as a whole as well as music. This blog is supposed to tie into the website www.mggsound.com which is currently being reworked on. Also if you are a fan of the podcast we host, Music of the Gamer, we will be moving it over here as well as Triforce-News our video game news and review site.
